Fitted with EcoSmart’s AB8 burner, Base is fuelled by clean-burning e-NRG bioethanol and will provide over eight hours of warmth, ambience, along with a mesmerising flame.

We use a blend of green cement, recycled materials, and Fluid Concrete Technology in our lightweight concrete finish which resists scratches, stains, mold, and mildew. Our wood tables are made from Grade A teak, a naturally durable wood that withstands extreme weather without losing its strength or beauty.

View AllWhat maintenance is required for ethanol fireplaces?
Clean your EcoSmart Fire unit after you have used 50 liters [13.20 Gal.] of fuel or as soon as you notice black deposits on or near the burner of the ethanol fireplace. Black marks can be removed from the stone, solid surfaces or stainless steel with a mild abrasive washing product such as JIF or similar. It is recommended to test a small area first to ensure the cleaning product chosen is appropriate and will not mark or damage the surface. Burners can be washed as required in hot soapy water (even in your dishwasher) from time to time and the internal mechanics won’t deteriorate like some other brands as all internal parts are stainless steel.

How large of an area will my ethanol fireplace heat?
The heat output of our indoor and outdoor ethanol fireplaces vary based on the model selected. When used indoors, EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplaces comfortably heat between 215 sq feet and 700 sq feet.
How does an ethanol fireplace work?
EcoSmart Fire’s ethanol fireplaces are self-contained, burning bioethanol fuel that is housed within the stainless steel container. A flame regulator controls and stabilizes the flame. How easy is it to install an ethanol fireplace?
There are different types of bioethanol fireplaces: there are freestanding models that require no installation; and there are others that are built-in fireplaces that are designed to be easily fixed into a stud wall or existing joinery.
