Prop 65 requires California businesses to provide warnings to Californians if a product includes any of the more than 900 chemicals listed in the law. You may have seen the Prop 65 warning at gas stations, hotels, on automobiles, products you purchase and even at coffee shops. The use of this product and byproducts of the combustion of fuel, such as propane, natural gas, and/or ethanol can expose you to chemicals including formaldehyde, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, and including acetaldehyde, which are known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
